As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping product design and service delivery strategies. You’ll act as a multi-disciplinary expert, ensuring systems engineering practices are applied rigorously and competency development is championed across the organization.
As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Driving formation testing & sampling (FTS) solutions and answer products during new technology development within Houston and Celle Technology Centers.
Designing, revising, and updating formation testing and sampling training curriculum in the CMS competency management system.
Serving as domain champion for competency assessment across FTS reservoir engineers and geoscientists in both Eastern and Western hemispheres.
Coordinating reservoir engineering expertise and FTS skills across wireline and drilling services, ensuring rigor in pre-job design, real-time monitoring, and post-acquisition interpretation.
Ensuring personnel skills and geoscience expertise are in place for Reservoir Engineering and FTS disciplines across Well Construction (WC) and Completions, Intervention, and Measurements (CIM) organizations.
