As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping product design and service delivery strategies. You’ll act as a multi-disciplinary expert, ensuring systems engineering practices are applied rigorously and competency development is championed across the organization.

As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving formation testing & sampling (FTS) solutions and answer products during new technology development within Houston and Celle Technology Centers.

  • Designing, revising, and updating formation testing and sampling training curriculum in the CMS competency management system.

  • Serving as domain champion for competency assessment across FTS reservoir engineers and geoscientists in both Eastern and Western hemispheres.

  • Coordinating reservoir engineering expertise and FTS skills across wireline and drilling services, ensuring rigor in pre-job design, real-time monitoring, and post-acquisition interpretation.

  • Ensuring personnel skills and geoscience expertise are in place for Reservoir Engineering and FTS disciplines across Well Construction (WC) and Completions, Intervention, and Measurements (CIM) organizations.
