As the Global Director of Sales Enablement, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of our global sales enablement programs to empower Safeguard’s revenue teams to perform at their peak. You’ll own the vision for how we onboard, develop, and continuously upskill sales talent across regions, driving productivity, consistency, and revenue growth worldwide.
Partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Operations, you’ll ensure every sales professional—from SDR to Account Executive to Account Manager—has the knowledge, tools, and coaching needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving market.
Strategic Leadership & Program Ownership (40%)
Define and execute the global sales enablement strategy, aligning it with revenue goals and go-to-market priorities.
Build, lead, and mentor a global enablement team responsible for onboarding, training, content development, and tool adoption.
Partner with regional sales leaders to identify skill gaps, training needs, and performance improvement opportunities.
Establish a consistent global enablement framework while allowing for local market adaptation.
Training, Onboarding & Development (30%)
Oversee the design and delivery of impactful onboarding and ongoing learning programs that accelerate ramp time and improve quota attainment.
Drive adoption of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling) to build consistency in sales execution.
Ensure enablement content and programs evolve alongside new products, services, and market changes.
Sales Tools, Processes & Content (20%)
Lead enablement efforts around key sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Seismic to increase productivity and visibility.
Partner with Marketing and Product to create and maintain best-in-class sales resources, playbooks, and process documentation.
Standardize workflows and best practices across the sales organization to ensure operational excellence.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement (10%)
Define success metrics — including ramp time, win rates, pipeline creation, and tool adoption — to measure impact and refine strategy.
Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve enablement programs and influence sales strategy.
Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
Proven experience leading global sales enablement or revenue operations programs within a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
Strong background in managing or supporting quota-carrying sales teams, with a deep understanding of what drives sales performance.
Expertise in sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling) and how to operationalize them at scale.
Exceptional communicator and storyteller, skilled at translating complex ideas into engaging, actionable content.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate insights into impact.
Experience driving adoption of sales tools and technology (Salesforce, Salesloft, Seismic, or similar).
Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and can influence at all levels of the organization.
Bonus: Bilingual in English and German — a plus for global alignment and communication.
