We’re hiring for a Global Digital Operations Director as part of Dentsu in London.
Purpose of the Role
This is an exciting role working within the Global Data, Tech & Operations Services team working for one of most prestigious clients Carlsberg Britvic. Working closely with other members of the DTO Digital Operations Team you will be expected to lead excellence in all aspects of digital operations for this client, leading in areas such as governance of ad operations, taxonomy compliance, brand safety and overall data quality control. As well as leading our offshore ad-server traffic management team and optimising ad/marketing technology stacks, workflow tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing global digital operations for Carlsberg Britvic, ensuring consistent campaign delivery and performance across markets.
Managing offshore trafficking teams, streamlining workflows and supporting scalable execution.
Leading ad tech onboarding for newly acquired brands, ensuring smooth integration and platform readiness.
Driving brand governance and taxonomy compliance, maintaining data integrity and campaign quality.
Owning global data governance, enabling accurate reporting through well-structured ingestion into dashboards and tools.
Partnering with local markets to support onboarding, training, and documentation of best practices.
Qualifications + Skills
Extensive experience in digital media operations, with deep expertise across agencies, platforms, and programmatic networks.
Advanced platform knowledge, including Google Marketing Platform, ad servers, DSPs, verification tools (IAS, Double Verify) and analytics platforms (GA, Adobe).
Hands-on trafficking experience with Google Campaign Manager and related tech stack.
Strong process leadership, including the design and rollout of scalable workflows and operational frameworks.
Expertise in taxonomy and data governance, ensuring consistency and accuracy across global digital campaigns.
Proven stakeholder management, leading cross-functional projects across multiple regions and seniority levels.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday.
