What this job involves:

We are seeking a Global Data Governance Project Coordinator on the Amazon Account to lead coordination within multidisciplinary teams and client activities[Source: 1A-JLL Job Description Template.docx]. This role involves maintaining organizational ongoing and project/program related tasks while composing and delivering regular and ad hoc reporting to key stakeholders. You'll take ownership and administration of various key leadership meeting series while delivering administrative tasks aimed at driving consistent service delivery. This position offers the opportunity to work with highly sensitive and confidential information across international offices, directly contributing to JLL's mission of creating transformative solutions through effective data governance and project coordination that supports our clients' business objectives.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Coordinate within multidisciplinary teams and client activities while maintaining up-to-date organizational ongoing and project/program related tasks
  • Compose and deliver regular and ad hoc reporting to various stakeholders with effective, appropriate, and timely communications
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date organizational diagrams, contact and email lists, and leave schedules for operational efficiency
  • Take ownership and administration of various key leadership meeting series while ensuring consistent service delivery
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with appropriate judgment when responding to senior executives internally and externally
  • Apply analytical competencies to different types of data including financial, operational, and HR information
  • Deliver administrative tasks aimed at driving consistent service delivery while demonstrating personal accountability and ownership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Project/Program Management Skills with ability to work efficiently and accurately to meet tight deadlines
  • Basic understanding of Data Governance and key terms with experience in handling documentation and systems integration
  • Experience dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information with appropriate judgment and discretion
  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills to deal with various clients and colleagues at different seniority levels
  • Ability to prioritize workload and complete projects timely and efficiently with high level of assertiveness
  • Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook proficiency with analytical competencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SCRUM Manager Skills and PMP certification
  • Experience working in or liaising with international offices
  • Voluntary activity experience or understanding of community service
  • Policy, Standards and Controls knowledge
  • MS Project proficiency
  • Experience establishing good relationships with colleagues and clients across various organizational levels
  • Thoughtful, cheerful and positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for data governance work.
