This position supports the complaint management process in a multinational company. This position will perform assessment and follow ups for product complaints based on case criticality, making sure all reported complaints follow the procedure requirements.
This position is P1 level
What will you be doing?
Receives, assesses and enters product complaint information into the complaint handling database and defines the required tasks to be completed before the complaint closure.
Interacts with HCPs, Patients and the Sales organization regarding their product quality concerns.
Continuously monitors the process to gather additional information. Continually track open and in process complaints, product investigations and follow-up internally and externally.
Complete all required non-reportable customer complaint related documentation in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
What will you need to be successful?
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, engineering, chemistry, biology, business administration or another related field.
Experience:
1 year of relevant experience is preferred, such as technical training, Quality Assurance and/or Compliance in a regulated environment.
Complaint handling knowledge; adverse event reports; recalls and quality systems (beneficial).
Languages:
Proficient in English language, verbal and written (advance level).
Competencies:
Detail oriented
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal, to work with a diverse network of both internal and external groups and/or individuals, locals and in an international environment, encouraging teamwork.
Must have strong organization skills to be able to manage multiple tasks with different deadlines.
Must be fluent in English language, verbal and written.
Ability to work independently.
Strong feeling for accountability.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of U.S and European regulations for medical devices and quality system regulations (beneficial)
