We are currently seeking a Global Business Process Management Intern from June 2026 – May 2027. This part-time position works for approximately 20 hours per week.  

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and optimizing communication channels in DSI for Business Process Management.
- Using BPMN 2.0, assisting in the design, documentation, and analysis of diverse global processes in a Global Business Process Management System (BIC)
- Working on Digital Transformation (DX) topics like Process Mining, Process Automation and Process Optimization
- Organizing training sessions and support workshops.
- Handling administrative tasks and initiating new initiatives as part of our Global BPM Center of Excellence Team.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of BPM governance practices.

 

Qualifications:

- Strong interest in Business Process Management and Digital Transformation (DX).
- Experience in agile working and training management.
- Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of processes.
- Skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, along with a keen interest in digital tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Salary Range:

$17.23 - $58.15
