FanDuel is looking for a Generosity Strategy Senior Analyst to drive long-term strategy on key lifecycle and promotional investment decisions. You will play a key role on the Customer Growth team, driving innovation across the org, collaborating with multiple departments including but not limited to Promotions, Lifecycle, Go To Market, Analytics, Commercial, Data Science, Product, and MarTech. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue-driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

 

THE GAME PLAN

  • Support Generosity Strategy leadership by challenging and exploring how, when and why we deliver generosity to our customers
  • Develop new strategic frameworks including state-level investment strategy, cohort allocation, and customer level allocation, collaborating with performance, insights, and campaigns teams
  • Work with analytics partners to define and validate new potential propositions for Sportsbook marketing including loyalty and other programs
  • Unlock opportunities by collaborating on new tooling strategy, infrastructure and data-led projects
  • Champion step-changes in personalizing journeys at scale by working with technical and creative stakeholders
  • Drive outcomes through exploration of new marketing strategies for existing users incl. segmentation evolution, channel strategies and more
  • Be a subject matter expert on our promotional strategy and how it impacts customer behavior
  • Approach projects effectively by collecting and defining work requirements and maintaining a continuous feedback loop amongst stakeholders 
  • Experience with or willingness to build technical knowledge around data and APIs to create automations and personalize campaigns at scale
  • Help create documentation for owned projects to facilitate knowledge sharing

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or strategy, with experience creating and managing campaigns end to end
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in marketing or business
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional teams, with strong project management skills
  • Sharp and strategic thinker, able to challenge ideas and thoughts
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to develop and deploy structured project work
  • Experience working with marketing campaigns teams in applying strategy to customer facing propositions
  • Strong understanding of CRM platform and commercial metrics
  • Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others
  • Strong organizational skills and effective at project management
  • An avid sports and gaming fan, and have played FanDuel or competitive products
  • Willing to work nontraditional hours as needed due to seasonal sporting calendars

The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $117,500 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
