We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to lead our U.S. Kevzara team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and market access within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive commercial success, fostering a strong collaboration with our alliance partnership, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure the successful delivery of our innovative therapies to patients.

Main Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams to exceed performance goals. Oversee all aspects of the commercial P&L, including budgeting, GTN management, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Sales & Marketing Excellence: Drive the in-market strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market dynamics. Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive product adoption. Direct sales efforts, including key account management, territory planning, and performance tracking.
Market Access & Reimbursement: Develop and execute profitable market access strategies to enable RA, PMR and future LCM patient access while minimizing GTN exposure. Maintain strong relationships with payers, government agencies, and healthcare providers remain current around evolving healthcare policies and market access trends to inform strategic business decisions. Consistently look for unique opportunities in trade, distribution and across the Rheumatology healthcare ecosystem to further profitable growth of the asset over the strategic planning period.
Alliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for alliance partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on shared objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Commercial, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Go-to-Market, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to commercialization. Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders
External Customer Relationships/Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key external customers, including Rheumatology KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and institutional partners.
Customer-Centric Strategy: Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are integrated into product development, commercial strategies, and patient support programs.
Market Insight: Serve as the primary conduit for gathering market intelligence and customer insights, translating this information into actionable strategies that drive business growth and meet evolving market needs.
Lead with Technology/AI Integration: Drive the strategic adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies to enhance commercial operations. Identify opportunities to leverage AI for improved market forecasting, customer segmentation, sales force effectiveness, and personalized patient engagement.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead the charge in transforming the business into a data-driven organization, utilizing AI and analytics to gain a competitive edge. Ensure data integrity and the ethical use of AI tools across all commercial functions.
Future-Proofing the Business: Stay on the cutting edge of technological advancements in the life sciences sector, continuously exploring how innovations like AI can optimize workflows, accelerate time-to-market, and create new value for patients and stakeholders.
Talent Strategist: Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent by fostering a high-performance culture, building strong succession pipelines, and championing inclusive, people-first leadership practices.
About You
Requirements:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree required – Advance Degree (MBA) preferred
Travel: Up to 40% business travel is expected
Strong Commercial and Financial Acumen: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience within sales and marketing with significant leadership experience. Rheumatology launch experience with deep understanding of the current landscape. Must have demonstrated experience in US pharma and access environment
Drives Accountability: Demonstrated ability to prioritize, allocate resources and investments, develop KPIs and milestones, and hold teams accountable. Has led teams to significantly overdeliver resulting in incremental value to the organization

Collaborative: Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively on matrix teams. Experience in navigating and managing complex alliance partnerships
Launch Excellence: Robust experience in successfully launching next indications and line extensions in dynamic and competitive market environments

The salary range for this position is:
$258,750.00 - $373,750.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
