Job Summary
The General Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a large-scale, luxury residential community. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels at managing teams, navigating complex property operations, and fostering positive relationships with residents, Board Members, and vendors. 
The General Manager is responsible for executing the Board's vision, optimizing operations, maintaining property value, and delivering a first class living experience to homeowners. 
Action Property Management is seeking an experienced, service-driven Onsite General Manager to lead operations at Rolling Hills Ranch, a large-scale community located in San Diego, CA. 
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in California HOA management, proven experience supporting large-scale or portfolio communities, and a track record of proactive, solutions-oriented leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, operational excellence, and the ability to foster trusted relationships with boards, residents, vendors, and onsite staff.
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 per year depending upon experience
