WinnCompanies is searching for an adaptable and dependable General Maintenance Technician - HVAC Specialist I to join our military housing team located at Fort Hood, TX.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds, and parking lots. The ideal candidate will also ensure that all service is performed safely and results in favorable customer feedback.
