WinnCompanies is looking for a General Maintenance Associate to join our military housing team at Fort Drum, NY.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds and parking lots. The ideal candidate will also perform general maintenance and repair of building structures and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary systems and equipment.
The pay range for this role is $17.85-$18.18 per hour dependent on experience. Please note that this position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility.
