5+ Years: Experience in a business analysis role, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
- Experience with GenAI: Specific experience working with Generative AI projects or technologies is highly desirable.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP): Optional but preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP): Optional but preferred for project management responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration.
- Functional Solution Design: 20%
- Work with GenAI architects & engineers to design GenAI solutions that meet business requirements.
- Create detailed documentation, including use cases, process flows, and functional test cases for proof of concepts
- Project Management: 15%
- Assist in planning and managing AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may arise.
- Change Management: 10%
- Support the implementation of GenAI solutions by providing guidance to users.
- Help manage the transition and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: 5%
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI.
