The FX Relationship manager is responsible for managing and expanding the FX client relationships in Japan and is part of a team of FX Relationship Managers. This position supports high levels of client satisfaction with BBH services and products.

- Partner with internal departments to ensure a consistently high level of client satisfaction with BBH services and products.
- Serve as an escalation point for client service issues and deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations.
- Assist in researching and resolving client inquiries and issues, in a timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute reports and correspondence to clients, as needed.
Trade Processing and Administrative Tasks:
- Perform all necessary administrative tasks regarding client trade processing and execution.
- Collaborate with the relevant Departments of BBH (including BBH FX Services Tokyo/Hong Kong/New York/London locations) to ensure sound client FX trade execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- Expectation of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience working in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of BBH products, services and systems, a plus.
- Strong relationship management and client service skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of international currency markets, including impact of economic and political factors preferred.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange trading instruments preferred.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in the industry.
- Strong organization, research, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Native level Japanese (written and verbal) is a MUST
- Business level English verbal and written communication is required
