Who we are looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, and the incumbent will contribute to key strategic projects in addition to delivering services for our clients. The Fund Ordering Services Project Manager position plays a key role within our mutual fund trading team.  The role will be responsible for leading initiatives connected with onboarding new key clients to our Fund Ordering Service, will manage testing effort for our new mutual fund trading platform and will contribute to building our future state model.

Your new role

As Fund Ordering Services Project Manager, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of existing Fund Order Services infrastructure and business processes.
  • Be responsible for direct management of Projects, driving, participating in or support of wide array of change management activities incl. resource planning, deployment planning, PMO procedures/ policies, pipeline management, vendor management. 
  • Organize and manage testing of new functionality and oversee outcomes.
  • Proactively contribute to identify and manage initiatives required on path to target operation model, including operational and technological risk landscape.
  • Work autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving, complex technical environment
  • Build relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups
  • Implement operational change and ensure successful client implementation
  • Assume BAU ownership in the future

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in economic or business sciences
  • Proven track record of Change Management experience & delivery – Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Testing, Production Support
  • Certification of proven Change Management skills (PMI PMP/ Prince) would be an advantage
  • Technically confident; power user of Excel
  • Excellent English language skills
