Our Saddle Brook Nursing Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for geriatric care to join our skilled nursing team. We are seeking dedicated nurses for a low-complexity environment where you can provide quality care while avoiding the burnout of high-acuity settings. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Meet Our Client:

We're actively recruiting dedicated RNs to join our team for our client, a 76-year-old gentleman managing lung and prostate cancer, requiring consistent nursing support for his clinical needs including being bedbound, on oxygen, and managing COPD and diabetes.

We're looking for nurses who can commit to a minimum of three ongoing shifts per week and value reliability and professionalism.

Case Highlights:

Client: 76-year-old male with lung and prostate cancer

Clinical Details: Bedbound, Oxygen, COPD, Diabetes

Support: 24/7 Home Health Aides are already in place

Reliability: Consistency is paramount; the family needs dependable, long-term support.

Compensation & Requirements:

LPN Rate Range: $38.00 – $40.00/Hour

Commitment: Minimum of three 12-hour shifts per week

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma 
  • A current New Jersey LPN license in good standing
