Are you someone who can:

To provide support to the Commerial Clients for opening and maintenance of client accounts and mandates.

• Maintenance and updating of client mandates including account signatories, resolutions and Know Your Customer (KYC)  

• Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making.

• Provide an administration service that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information.

• Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards.

• Maintains control over the flow of original documents, adhering to laid down procedures.

• Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization.

Build and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders, displaying excellent abilities to initiate dialogue, listen, advise and influence.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a relevant degree in Banking or relevant field

• Have 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
