ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: London Store (Regent Street)

Status: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive

Position Summary:

The Kith Fulfillment Associate is an integral piece of their store’s e-commerce and overall back-of-house operations. They will primarily focus on efficiently supporting and executing the fulfillment of all e-comm orders from their respective store, while acting as additional support for the overall store team. Following the direction of the Fulfillment Lead and brand guidelines, the Fulfillment Associate will ensure all e-comm orders and other assigned tasks meet the brand standards for customer service and turnaround time. From picking & packing to shipment tracking, and inventory/order accuracy, they will be the primary support for their store’s e-commerce experience & execution. The Fulfilment Associate will also flex to other areas of the Store, as the business requires.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Following the direction of the Fulfillment Lead and/or Store Leadership to execute tasks that streamline the store’s e-commerce cycle.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure all orders are efficiently and accurately processed.

  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.

  • Help track and maintain all outgoing e-commerce orders for their store.

  • Efficiently communicate order details/status when requested by the Fulfillment Lead, Store Leadership or HQ partners.

  • Support the Fulfillment Lead and Store Leadership in maintaining an organized e-commerce order system.

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

  • Executing any necessary or assigned tasks before, during or after regular store operating hours. 

  • Ensure adherence to all company policy and procedures.

  • Flex to support the overall store team, when the business requires or as directed by Store Leadership.

  • Promote and maintain an environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive, in-store and e-commerce customer service. 

  • Display expert knowledge of product, company history, policies, and store/company strategies. 

  • Provide a friendly and welcoming environment to both our external and internal clients.

  • Assist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.

 

Special Projects:

  • Participate and assist in Physical Inventories as required by the business.

  • Assist Merchandising team during visual initiatives as required by the business.

REQUIREMENTS

Availability:

  • Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays.

  • Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business’ needs require.

Experience:

  • 1+ years working in a retail operations position

  • 1+ years in a retail/apparel environment is a plus

  • 6+ months of e-comm order fulfillment

Skills/Abilities:

  • Basic computer skills

  • Efficient time management skills

  • Efficient communication with customers, peers, or Direct-Reports

  • Familiarity with Shipping services such as but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL

  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job

  • Ability to lift and move 25lbs.

  • Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools.

  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
