The Role

We are looking for a Front of House professional to join our team at the Aethos Club Lisbon.
You will be the first point of contact for members and guests—setting the tone for every visit and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. From coordinating check-ins and supporting events to driving internal sales and managing membership interactions, you will play a vital role in shaping the daily energy of the Club.
In this position, you will work closely with the Club Manager, the Operations team, and the Member Experience team, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our values of kindness, generosity, and curiosity.
