1. Attending to general calls
2. Taking notes & messages
3. Receiving external guests
4. Receiving board members
5. Assisting guests to correct floor for meeting
6. Receiving letters and gifts if required
7. Ensuring all tags for guests and registration is done in proper manner
Requirement
1. Diploma Office management/ SPM in related field of studies.
2. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
3. 1 year experience & good communication
4. Able to commit to work between December 2025 to April 2026
