About the Role
•	Serve as key SME / specialist in the respective assigned domain, e.g. Front (agency, PD, Corp Solution, Marketing), Middle (Operations, Risk and Compliance, etc) or Back office (Finance, HR) capabilities. 
•	Provide support to define best and simplified process business within respective domain, align with new regulatory, market changes to deliver efficient and integrated business processes.
•	Deliver clear and well thought through requirements to implementation team to avoid/minimise ambiguity
•	Manage business requirement scope to ensure validity and integrity in delivery committed business outcomes
•	Manage and control scope creep  
•	Own delivery quality assurance by ensuring comprehensive testing is performed with evidence against defined requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide data-driven recommendation on requirements when there is a contention on the merit of the requirement
 - Perform deep dive with business users to understand pain points so recommendations could be provided
 - Provide assistance to production support team during incident, where needed and find mitigation to make sure business continuity especially for critical system
 - Collaborate with business to provide best and efficient process business and system flow for both Business and IT to obtain sign off/endorsement from key stakeholders
 - Respond and provide evidence to audit team, as needed by collaborating with respective Business stakeholders and IT Governance Team.
 - Lead and recommend remediations during delivery when issues arise specifically relating to requirements and/or business processes
 - Perform business impact analysis, non-functional requirement on all new/enhanced application deployment and to assist IT and Business in preparing and executing testing activities
 - Follow up and manage business issue prioritizations to ensure timely resolution per committed timeline/deadline
 - Define test scope to be covered per delivery requirements
 - Support and review test scenarios and cases to ensure coverage adequacy against scope delivered
 - Support User Acceptance Test against business requirement scope to ensure test results are aligned with expected outcomes
 - Assist in troubleshooting and production support incident, as needed and to recommend workaround/remediation where issue is relating to requirement and business process
 
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University graduate with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT Business Analyst/System Analyst, IT Applications, IT Testing.
 - Insurance knowledge is a must preferably with LOMA certifications.
 - Significant demonstrable experience working as IT Business Analyst or same level in a multi-national organization or leading management consultancy
 - Excellent understanding of SDLC, Testing and Collaboration Suites.
 - Ability to identify innovation opportunities, define and deliver innovative ideas.
