French Speaking - Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join us at our facility in Asturias.

The CSR is a key role within the team, acting as primary customer interface for external customers, distributors, potential customers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex orders, processes (laboratory work requests or sample sending etc.)
  • Actively monitors open orders, products availability, and lead-time developments to ensure that deliveries arrive at the customer on time
  • Interacts and works closely with the business team, sales representatives, back office to ensure that the customers’ requirements are met, and to have a better understanding of the market’s organization
  • Understands cash collection process e.g. credit hold next steps/actions. On request, resolves open credit issues with customers and issues invoice adjustments.
  • Follows desk procedures/policies in compliance with SOX, ISO, and other requirements
  • Processes customer service and product complaints and returns according to Complaint Management process and return policies

Key requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • Language skills: Fluency in English and French. Spanish will be beneficial as the role is based out in Spain.
  • Computer knowledge: Proficient in Word and Excel & good knowledge of SAP
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in a customer service, supply chain on logistics department within an international company
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and in writing)
  • Customer focused, team player and ability to work under pressure
