Essential Functions:
Oversees all executive protection functions for the bank president and those designated by the first vice president to include coordination of protective detail assignments, scheduling, equipment acquisition, and training.
Serves as the protective detail liaison to the bank president and first vice president.
Performs the full range of protective duties for bank president to include close proximity protection and driving as needed.
Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to ensure continuity and functionality for remote security monitoring at the president’s residence.
Performs full law enforcement duties pursuant to Section 11 (q) of the Federal Reserve Act (12 U..S..C.. 248) (q).. Through post assignments, foot, and mobile patrols as a driver or passenger, is responsible for the protection of personnel, facilities, assets, and property within the area under the control and jurisdiction of the Bank.
Assumes responsibility for Division operations in the absence of higher authority and notifies Division management of major occurrences.
Answers all calls for law enforcement assistance and ensures that they are answered and dealt with in a timely manner.
Ensures all records and reports of law enforcement activity are properly documented and routed.
Proactively participates as a member of various committees, assists in development and implementation of Division goals and objectives, planning and coordinating Division emergency preparedness operations, and developing and communicating Division operating procedures.
Remains compliant with all FRS and Bank training requirements and obtains or maintains Federal Reserve Law Enforcement Officer certification.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Associates Degree in Criminal Justice or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of relevant military, law enforcement or armed security experience with two years of full-time experience as a sworn law enforcement officer.
Preferred FRLEO II. Must have completed Protective Service Operations Training Program at FLETC or equivalent.
Valid drivers license.
Must be able to lift/carry 150 pounds.
Additional Information:
The full salary range is $67,900-$84,913-$ 101,900. The expected starting salary range is $75,000-$90,000. Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity
