We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making, supporting senior leadership with insights, and ensuring financial targets are met. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Where you come in:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
  • Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with department heads to understand financial drivers and improve cost efficiency
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and board presentations
  • Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments
  • Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and planning tools
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. (SOX, GAAP)
  • You will oversee the work of the FP&A team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive financial improvements
  • You will mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • You will assume and perform other duties as assigned.
     

What makes you successful:

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; an accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) is required
  • You have a minimum of 5+ years FP&A experience ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • You have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
  • You are proficient in financial modelling and data analysis; experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP etc.)
  • You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  • You have a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
  • 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
