Are you ready to lead financial strategy at the enterprise level? As the Corporate FP&A Manager at Charter Manufacturing, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial future. You’ll lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes that drive strategic decisions and long-term planning. This is a high-impact role that partners closely with business units and corporate functions to deliver insights, consolidate performance, and elevate Finance as a trusted business partner.
Lead enterprise-wide FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making
Consolidate financial results across business units (Steel, Wire, Casting) and deliver executive-level reporting
Partner with corporate leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Standardize templates and reporting tools to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes to adapt to evolving business needs
Influence the development of driver-based forecasting and planning methodologies
Mentor and develop junior finance talent, building a strong pipeline of future leaders
Champion Finance transformation initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI/reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for distilling complex data into insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Proven leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members
Ability to build strong relationships across functions and business units
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, CPA, or CMA
7+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance with increasing responsibility
Manufacturing industry experience
Experience linking operational KPIs to financial outcomes
Familiarity with ERP and planning tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan)
Experience leading finance transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
