Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in Mequon, WI

🔍 Position Overview

Are you passionate about transforming data into powerful business insights? As the Finance Data & Analytics Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert for reporting, visualization, and analytics across the Finance organization. You’ll design scalable data models, build enterprise dashboards, and define performance metrics that drive smarter decisions and measurable value. This is a high-impact role where your technical expertise and business acumen will shape the way Finance operates and evolves.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-wide dashboards and reporting tools

  • Build scalable data models and visualizations that deliver clarity, insight, and action

  • Collaborate with FP&A and business teams to define key metrics and reporting requirements

  • Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data storytelling and visualization

  • Support the rollout and adoption of BI tools across the Finance function

  • Drive continuous improvement in data governance, reporting standards, and analytics automation

  • Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

  • 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, financial reporting, or FP&A

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, with strong data modeling skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to turn complex data into clear insights

  • Solid understanding of data governance, master data management, and reporting standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or visualization

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, DAX, or R

  • Experience leading dashboard design and analytics automation projects

  • Background in manufacturing or B2B environments with operational and financial metrics

  • Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., Azure Snowflake Power Platform/Tableau)
