We are searching for a Forwarding Account Representative. Must have experience working in a fast paced environment with a strong ability to multi-task and stay organized. This position is responsible for assisting Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents. This is not a collections or sales job, however you will have regular communication with the banks and the agents in the field. Must have the ability to use multiple computer monitors, inbound/outbound calls and possess entry level data entry skills. This is solely an office position and not a remote position.
Must be able to work full-time, M-F 8-5; 9-6 is available after the training period
Seeking candidate with strong computer skills and internet savvy
Experience using Google Suite applications
Must have strong communication skills fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Cubicle office setting, working close with others
Desired Skills
Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software
Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software)
Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities
Manage the repossession process for bank clients
Work closely with bank employees
Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues
Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email
Strong attention to detail
Target Base Salary Range: $45,760 USD + Bonus Plan
