Job Description:
WIthin Material & Support area & belonging to A/C MRO material planning the candidate will take care of:
A. Management of spare parts for military and civil helicopters, which are in inspection/repair tasks at MRO AHE
facilities NH90 & TIGER program mainly and support other programs as Super Puma, Puma and H135, and
coordination with the different departments: finance, planning, engineering, workshop, quality, purchases,
customer, reception, spare parts in warehouse, purchase, customer supply requests.
B. Control, monitoring and information on the status of spare parts to meet the deadlines established for each work
to the workshop, engineering and client and finance.
C. Monthly billing of spare parts, chemicals and consumables installed in helicopters and communication to
customers for approval.
D. Management of material for retrofit tasks for different programs such as AHF, AHD, Cougar, etc. as well as
shipment to purchase of missing material, reservations and release of necessary material and shipment of it.
E. Management of chemicals and consumables necessary in the workshop for the development of maintenance
work, both those of purchase and delivery in the workshop that we have in the different warehouses in the
requested time. Annual chemical forecast of the chemical’s platform and chemical forecast outside the
chemical’s platform (minimum stock replenishment quantities)
F. Pay attention and solve of warehouse incidents and reception of both purchase material and that supplied by the
client.
G. Assignment of stations for the helicopters that enter the plant for maintenance and periodic reports to the
different departments where they are located as the work progresses.
H. Support in compilation of missing documentation of the supplied materials.
I. Development of the “BEe-MRO” project & SAP 4HANNA
J. Analyze and execute customer requirements
K. Achieving customer satisfaction objectives.
L. Structure and coordinate internal and external supply chain according to department objectives.
M. Manage, control, and deliver parts required by MRO needs, achieving the OTD objective.
N. Manage and control Spares/Repairs MRO Needs, accomplish the OP, and secure the profit objectives.
Skills needed:
- Business administration degree
- English high level
- SAP MM module knowledge
- AECMA 2000 regulation Knowledge
- MS Excel advanced level
- Customer oriented
- Capacity to work under pressure
