In this role, you’ll partner with the GSM to plan, organize, and oversee all Ford Sales operations—driving results, supporting your team, and ensuring every customer experience is exceptional. You’ll play a key part in guiding the sales staff, tracking performance, and keeping our dealership’s momentum strong.
