THE JOB:
Join our team as a Busser/Runner at MGM Northfield Park, where you’ll ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment by removing dirty dishes and supplying essential items to tables. Working alongside our Food Servers, you’ll help deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, we want you on our dynamic team!
THE STARTING RATE: $13.70
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
Clean and sanitize all equipment
Keep floors free of debris and spills
Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property
Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
Has knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
Has experience in a restaurant as a Bus or Food Runner
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Has at least 6 months experience working in a restaurant as a Busser or Food Runner (preferred)
