Location: Covering Ireland – Must be based near Dublin

Hours: 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (some flexibility required)

We’re now looking for a skilled and customer-focused TASKI Floorcare Machine Field Service Engineer to join our growing team in Ireland.

The Role

As a TASKI Floorcare Machine Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the expert keeping our advanced cleaning technology performing at its best. You’ll carry out repairs, maintenance, and service visits at customer sites across Ireland, ensuring machines are up and running efficiently — and that customers experience the outstanding service Diversey is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Attend breakdowns and scheduled maintenance visits at customer sites.
Deliver excellent service and technical support to internal and external customers.
Monitor and maintain van stock to maximise first-time fix rates.
Reduce machine downtime through remote diagnosis and fixes where possible.
Plan your workload efficiently and communicate effectively with the Planning Team.
Maintain accurate service records and update Salesforce for jobs, parts, and status tracking.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain PPE in line with company standards.
Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with new technologies and procedures.

About You

Full, clean driving license – essential.
Based near Dublin with flexibility to travel across Ireland (with the occasional overnight stay away from home).
Hold an electrical, electronic or mechanical qualification
Experience of working as a Maintenance Engineer or Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience in electronic, electrical or mechanical fault finding and repairs
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Strong customer service ethic and the ability to work independently.
