Key Responsibilities
Independently create, manage, and finalize floor plans for small to mid-scale events.
Optimize layouts for attendee experience, traffic flow, and exhibitor visibility.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and venue teams to ensure requirements are captured and met.
Provide input on design improvements, technical feasibility, and event space utilization.
Conduct site checks or virtual walkthroughs to validate layouts.
Train and mentor Level 1 designers on tools, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in event/exhibition floor planning or related design work.
Strong CAD proficiency with ability to produce accurate and detailed layouts.
Knowledge of venue specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
