As a Flight Operations Dispatcher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our training center operations—ensuring every mission runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, scheduling, or aviation logistics who are ready to grow in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate and dispatch training missions using aircraft, simulators, classrooms, and instructors
Maximize training resource utilization while minimizing cancellations
Collaborate with Training, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Monitor flight activity and maintain accurate flight time records
Support training documentation and scheduling systems
Ensure compliance with CAE policies and regulatory standards
What we’re looking for:
1–2 years of experience in aviation, scheduling, or customer service
Strong computer skills (Windows-based systems, MS Office)
Excellent communication and situational awareness
Comfortable working early morning shifts and weekends
Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
Associate degree or higher preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented setting
Why this role matters: You’ll be part of CAE’s Flight Training Operations team supporting aircrafts and simulators. While not customer-facing, your work directly impacts students, instructors, and flight managers.
