An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the Trent 1000 Commercial Aviation Value Stream team as Fleet Planning Officer.
The Trent 1000 powers the Boeing 787. With nearly 400 aircraft in service and over £1bn invested in our Trent durability programmes, we have a clearly defined product roadmap to drive a step change in Trent 1000 Time-On-Wing supported by major investment and growth in Trent 1000 MRO capacity to meet our fleet needs.
The Fleet Planning Officer is responsible for the end-to-end management, planning, and optimisation of the engine fleet to ensure operational reliability, cost efficiency, and alignment with business goals. This role has a specific focus on digital transformation of planning tools, process automation, and requirements capturing to enhance data-driven decision-making across the fleet management lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, systems-oriented mindset and engine technical knowledge with the ability to translate operational requirements into digital solutions.
