We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Fleet Admin Administrator to join our growing Team here at Holman UK. This role will be based out of our HQ in Chippenham with the opportunity for hybrid working. This is a permanent opportunity.

🧭 Role Overview

Job Role: Fleet Admin Administrator

Location: Chippenham HQ (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £27,000

Contract: Permanent

🛠️ What You’ll Do

As a Fleet Admin Administrator this role will primarily focus on paying and appealing fines on behalf of one of our customers and on an on ad-hoc basis supporting with the following duties: 

  • Post documents via predetermined postal methods, recording tracking number and costs as required
  • Scan, tag (to vehicle records) and file documentation including V5C’s, plating certificates, fine documentation etc
  • Administration of fines processes for clients, including appeals where required, as per agreed parameters
  • Administration of VE103B forms and associated documents to support foreign travel
  • Administration of parking permits
  • Adding and removing vehicles from client toll accounts, auditing these as per agreed frequency
  • Manage the Fines & Taxation credit card transaction reconciliation, initiating write off requests as required
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

  • A good general level of education is required
  • Must be adept in the use of a PC, internet and email and able to grasp new software applications easily and quickly. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to an intermediate level
  • Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
  • Is prepared to go the ‘extra mile’ in order to achieve excellent end results
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise with consistency and accuracy
  • Proactive and committed to finding a solution, with ability to use initiative and common sense
  • Able to assimilate, collate and record information, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy in performing routine document checks and data input
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to instantly build and maintain rapport with a range of people
