We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Leader to join our FINPRO team in Dubai, focusing on driving growth and expanding our portfolio across the MENA region. This VP-level role will focus on portfolio analysis, competitor mapping, new client acquisition, and strategic client targeting, across all client segments excluding financial institutions. The Growth Leader will have direct sales targets and work closely with client executives and business development teams to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

We will count on you to:

  • Conduct comprehensive portfolio analysis and competitor mapping to identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for new client acquisition and expansion within the client segments across UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Egypt for our Financial and Professional Lines specialty.

  • Collaborate closely with existing client executives and business development teams to drive sales and maximize cross-selling opportunities.

  • Manage direct sales responsibilities with clear growth targets while supporting broader team efforts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in the region.

  • Identify market trends and client needs to recommend innovative solutions and product enhancements.

  • Represent the FINPRO team at client meetings, industry events, and regional forums, including travel within MENA as required.

  • Provide market intelligence and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

What you need to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in insurance/reinsurance industry preferably in client facing roles

  • Proven track record in sales and business growth within the insurance or risk management industry, preferably in the MENA region.

  • Strong growth mindset with experience in portfolio development, client acquisition, and strategic targeting.

  • Existing relationships with key accounts and a solid portfolio in the region are highly desirable.

  • Deep understanding of various client segments and their risk management needs.

  • Understanding of Casualty and Financial Lines insurance products

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

  • Ability and willingness to travel within the MENA region.

  • Senior-level experience (VP or equivalent) with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct line management responsibility.
