Scope of Position
This highly motivated individual, as part of the Evero department, will be responsible for performing finishing techniques, grinding and polishing products to a cosmetic finish. Assembles and packages finished products as required.
This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Skills & Production Support
- Perform a variety of finishing techniques (wet or dry) to meet production demands.
- Set up and operate finishing equipment.
- Conduct patch and repair operations.
- Follow Bill of Materials and print shop documentation.
- Operate applicable computer systems and scanning tools.
- Maintain parts replenishment systems.
- Package and label products according to procedures.
- Complete industrial lift truck certifications as needed.
Quality & Standards
- Apply quality standards specific to each surface type.
- Follow scrap-out procedures.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures within the department/cell.
- Use department-specific tools and measuring equipment effectively.
- Identify and recognize part numbers accurately.
- Support department metrics and productivity goals.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in training new or existing department employees.
- Support the implementation of new product lines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
- Help support other departmental functions as needed.
- Promote and maintain a positive work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues.
- Support production scheduling within the work cell.
Safety & Compliance
- Comply with all company safety policies.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Understand and follow applicable laws, codes, and safety practices.
- Successfully complete pulmonary function and respirator fit tests.
- Maintain a clean-shaven face for proper respirator fit.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of finishing and/or manufacturing experience
- Previous experience working in the composite industry
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment. Respirators are required; therefore, successful completion of pulmonary function and fit tests are required.

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company’s location in Menomonee Falls, WI. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Close vision and color vision
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
- Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
- Respirators may be required; therefore, successful completion of pulmonary function and fit tests may be required. Proper Respirator fit requires a clean shaven face.
