The Financial Planning Analyst will lead standardized reporting and partner with operational teams to provide insights into financial and operational performance. Reporting to the FP&A Controller, this role focuses on analyzing risks, opportunities, and performance in the IC business while supporting continuous improvement in financial processes.

About the job:

  • Lead financial planning activities, including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly projections.

  • Partner with business leaders to develop key assumptions and analyze financial performance against forecasts and prior periods.

  • Prepare and maintain ongoing financial reports, including:

    • Business Unit P&L

    • Product line profitability

    • Volume-Price-Mix analysis

    • Controllable spending analysis

  • Provide insights to management on risks, opportunities, and performance improvement.

  • Support automation and process improvement in financial reporting.

  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or cost/manufacturing accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

  • Experience in manufacturing; semiconductor industry experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and ERP experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • International experience and good business English are advantageous.
