The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company's Space, Intelligence, and Weapon Systems (SI&WS) division, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead Integrator to join the team. Located in El Segundo, CA; Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO.
This position offers the opportunity to partner with program analysts and senior leadership across multiple functions, while leading and supporting key financial processes including Long Range Business Plans (LRBP), forecasts, and Opportunity & Risk management. The role supports the SI&WS division and reports directly to the SI&WS FP&A Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the designated finance focal for areas of the SI&WS division
Lead and support the development, consolidation, and analysis of the SI&WS LRBP and monthly forecasts
Develop executive-level presentations for the SI&WS and BDS Leadership Team
Build and maintain strong partnerships with division leadership, peers, and cross-functional leaders
Drive the integration and analysis of complex, multi-layered financial statement forecasts, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
Lead variance analysis and provide senior management with clear explanations of financial performance
Recommend actions to senior management on financial performance projections using business and financial expertise
Lead development of complex business cases and ad hoc analyses
Provide subject-matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root causes, and recommend solutions
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by communicating and deploying enterprise best practices to improve quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
10+ years of financial analysis experience
10+ years in a finance-related role such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
Experience developing forecasts for use in Long Range Business Plans (LRBPs)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience making financial recommendations to senior leaders
Ability to manage and consolidate data from multiple programs

Summary Pay Range: $134,000 - $194,350
