What you do
Participate, coordinate and direct the preparation of the month-end and year–end financial closing process, with analyzing and reporting financial variances
Participate, support and coordinate budget and financial forecasts, as well as long-term Business plan
Provide standard and ad-hoc Reports & Analysis for Management, Group Controlling and shareholders respecting deadlines & standards.
Managing stakeholders by continuous collaboration and providing them with desired outputs/deliverables in timely manner. Build a strong connect through regular interactions with the key stakeholders in the company – business partnering.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial/non-financial reporting
Support in preparation of Projects and business cases for new projects development
Additional controller duties as necessary
What you offer
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, mathematics, or a related field. An advanced degree in business or finance would be a plus.
2+ years of experience in finance/audit role is required.
High level of responsibility, accuracy, reliability and teamwork
Analytical skills, goal orientation and ability to set priorities
Ability to handle large workloads under time pressure / stress-resistant
You are process and solution-orientated.
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
You have a marked understanding of numbers in combination with analysis competency and structured working
