The Finance function is responsible for activities related to the Accounting and Budget functions, in addition to payroll activities and Tax functions for the entire firm. The Finance Operations area is responsible for operational, administrative, and clerical activities aligned to the Finance function. The Accounts Payable & Receivables focus specializes in maintaining the Purchase Ledger function, and ensuring the payment of all invoices and expense claims. Responsibilities include ledger reconciliation, all invoice and expense claim queries, and accounts receivable. This job family is in the professional level category and works independently with flexibility and authority over daily work priorities. Incumbents in this job level category may provide work direction to other employees but would not typically have the authority to discipline or reward other employees. There are different levels available that provide clarity on contribution expectations based on knowledge, application, problem solving, and collaboration.
