ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Finance Analyst who will support business decisions through detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The role involves developing financial models, preparing reports, and providing insights to drive performance and strategic growth across the organization.
Conduct detailed financial analysis on company performance, including creating financial models, analyzing financial statements, and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts for the company, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures
Provide regular financial reports and updates to management, stakeholders, and other departments
Communicate financial information and recommendations clearly and effectively
Collect, organize, and maintain financial data and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reports
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies and plans
Several years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
