We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role will play a key part in supporting business decisions through financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while acting as a trusted financial partner to cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will not only bring strong analytical and Excel skills but also a customer service mindset to effectively collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams.
In addition to traditional FP&A responsibilities, this position will support pricing analysis for new business opportunities—helping evaluate deal economics and ensure alignment with financial and strategic goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, comparing actuals vs. budget and forecast, and clearly communicate key drivers of variances.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to evaluate pricing scenarios and deal structures for new and existing business.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, including the development and loading of financial data into planning systems.
- Create monthly and quarterly management reports and presentations (Operating Reviews, QBRs, etc.), providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects to support business decisions and improve financial performance visibility.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and business partnership.
Preferred Knowledge, Competencies & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, dynamic formulas, scenario modeling required).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, TM1, or similar financial systems a plus.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accuracy, and delivering high-quality work.
