We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Financial Analyst II to join our CRG Operations Finance team.
Summarized Purpose: Performs financial analysis and prepares accurate, transparent and timely financial reports to support leadership in the decision making process. . Works cross-functionally to resolve issues related to any of the following: revenue, costs, contract values, forecast, billing, balance sheet management, financial reporting, financial tools and processes
Essential Functions and Other Job Information: 
Essential Oversees 
- Collects, analyzes and interprets complex financial and operating data for assigned business units and/or corporate functions.
 - Provides decision support to business leadership through the creation of tools, models, presentations, and dashboards.
 - Prepares reports and analyses in support of monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes and ongoing financial activities.
 - Serves as a finance business partner and prepares forecasts and budgets for assigned business units and/or functional areas and/or supports management in assessing and minimizing the risk on revenue and gross profit and/or balances associated with assigned balance sheet accounts and/or financial processes and tools.
 - make recommendations to address inaccuracies.
 - Provides suggestions for improvements in execution to boost efficiency

Qualifications: Education and Experience: 
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- In depth understanding of accounting/financial principles, and regulations/legal requirements for roles with more accounting focus a professional accounting qualification – ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent will be an advantage.
 - Ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients
 - Proven analytical thinking and quantitative skills and ability to handle data effectively
 - Confidence to handle sensitive information and make sound recommendations
 - Ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
 - Strong written and oral communication skills
 - Strong organizational and project administration skills
 - Outstanding skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analyzing and communicating data in positions requiring a greater technical emphasis. Prior exposure to SharePoint / VBA / SQL / Power BI / RPA (equivalent to 1+ years) would be effective.
 - Excellent English language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing).
