Financial Analyst, HoF HK Retirement

The Financial Analyst will primarily be responsible for Hong Kong Retirement Finance MIS, Accounting, and Management analysis and reporting processes, supporting the monthly and quarterly financial modeling cycle and driving regional projects and initiatives, and coordinating regional efforts on process standardization and documentation.

Position Responsibilities:

· Assist in monthly and quarterly close processes for HK Retirement Finance.

· Prepare and maintain MIS reports, flows and sales reports, commission statements, and regulatory submissions.

· Conduct financial analysis and queries to support business decisions.

· Maintain databases and support audit documentation (internal/external).

· Collaborate with MBPS and onshore teams to ensure smooth operations.

· Participate in regional finance initiatives and promote process standardization.

· Support actuarial-related tasks and ad hoc business requests.

· Learn and apply quality review practices to ensure accuracy of outputs.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Math, or related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in a finance role; exposure to retirement, pension, or insurance is a plus.

· Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Macros/VBA is an advantage.

· Familiarity with MS Access, SQL, and Power BI is beneficial.

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

· Willingness to work morning shifts and occasional overtime during peak periods.
