What you'll do

  • Analyze and update product costs and margins to support strategic decisions
  • Improve and document costing processes and methodologies
  • Optimize ERP/MRP systems and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Report on inventory investment and forecast future risks
  • Support quarterly inventory valuation and provision analysis
  • Reconcile inventory transactions and prepare monthly closing entries
  • Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Assist with year-end audit preparation and compliance
  • Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Partner with finance leaders to meet department goals

What you need

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data manipulation (required)
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP (required)
  • Ability to work accurately and independently under tight deadlines (required)
  • Clear communication across all levels of the organization (required)
  • 7+ years in accounting or finance roles (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
  • Understanding of inventory and cost accounting (advantage)
