We are seeking a highly Analytical, Accountable and Results-Oriented Finance & Supply Chain Manager to provide financial guidance, foster operational excellence, and leverage cutting-edge technologies like AI.

About the Role

As the Local Finance & Supply Chain Manager, you will directly report to the Romanian Cluster CFO and play a critical role in driving business success by providing comprehensive financial support, analysis, and insights. As Finance Manager and Supply Chain Manager you will be acting as a key business partner across functions; this role will involve supply chain management, financial planning, forecasting, and procurement. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills, supply chain expertise, and the ability to support cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Your role will involve providing financial insights and guidance to the business, managing expenses, forecasting, and leading key financial reviews. You will also foster a culture of operational excellence, ensuring that strategic financial decisions are implemented with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Coordinate short, mid, and long-term forecasting processes for sales, OPEX, and other financial areas.
  • Provide relevant reporting (quantitative & qualitative) for the local business
  • Provide value-added financial analytics to support decision-making and business initiatives.
  • Gather good understanding of market data, competitors, source of business for existing and future portfolio
  • Manage demand planning - S&OP, and forecast updates in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Oversee inventory management, including quarterly reviews of slow-moving and obsolete stock and validating physical cycle counts at warehouses.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures and perform monthly and quarterly closing activities, including accruals, revenue deductions, and inventory reserve revisions.
  • Maintain internal controls and support compliance audits.

Distribution and Supply Chain Oversight

  • Lead local distribution governance and participate in logistics and supply chain projects.
  • Gather Market intelligence for distribution markets
  • Act as a liaison between distribution channels, shared services (GBS), and internal teams to streamline O2C activities.
  • Monitor and oversee order management processes to ensure efficient operations and timely revenue recognition.
  • Oversee master data management, ensuring accuracy in customer, price, and material records within SAP.
  • Coordinate system readiness for new product launches and ensure timely product supply to markets.
  • Handle Sox or process related controls and ensure adherence to internal policies.

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support to Cluster CFO, and cross-functional leaders.
  • Streamline financial and supply chain processes to enhance productivity.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • >5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and supply chain management, or consulting within a multinational organization.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in financial systems and tools, including SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with demand planning tools and inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GDP, GMP, or related pharmaceutical standards is advantageous.
