The Opportunity

As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will advise leading global organizations on optimizing their Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. In this role, you will drive large-scale, strategic P2P transformation programs helping clients reimagine processes, operating models, and technologies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control. As a Senior Manager, you’ll oversee project teams, build trusted relationships with executive-level clients, and help shape PwC’s P2P offerings in the market. You will bring deep specialization across the P2P lifecycle, while driving innovation through enhanced processes and automation. 

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation engagements, across purchasing, receipt, invoice processing & payment

- Develop enterprise-level P2P strategies and operating models that align with clients’ business objectives, finance transformation goals, and digital roadmaps

- Advise senior client stakeholders on P2P process efficiency, governance, compliance, and technology adoption to achieve measurable financial and operational outcomes

- Shape and lead complex transformation programs, managing multiple workstreams across process design, system enablement, and change management

- Work with PwC Procurement Solutions & ERP teams to deliver large-scale, digitally enabled and human-centered P2P transformations

- Guide clients in selecting and optimizing ERP and P2P platforms and leveraging automation tools to meet client's objectives 

- Develop thought leadership and accelerators related to P2P transformations

- Lead proposal efforts and business development activities, helping to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships

- Lead teams in advising global organizations on finance efficiency and leverage teams strengths to meet client expectations

- Supervise and coach Associates through Managers, fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture

 

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

- Designing and/or implementing key P2P systems (Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc.) and/or ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) 

- Advising clients on Finance Operations and Procure-to-Pay transformation

- Demonstrating success in executive stakeholder management, business development, and thought leadership

- Possessing knowledge of small automation and GenAI 

- Significant familiarity with finance operating model elements

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
