The Opportunity
To achieve our ambitious growth goals, Silvus is making a significant investment in our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. We are seeking a finance manager to support the evolution and expansion of this critical organization.
As Finance Manager - GTM, you will be responsible for partnering with the Sales organization on deal strategy, pro forma income statement analysis for potential deals, managing the sales team budget, reviewing contract terms and conditions, and forecasting monthly orders and revenue. Our business is fast-paced and will challenge not just your financial acumen, but also your ability to influence a broad range of customers and colleagues. This position is a unique opportunity to support a high-growth organization with game-changing technologies.
Required Skills
5+ years experience in FP&A or Sales Finance role at high-growth startup or well established company
Experience support a quickly evolving sales organization
2+ years experience partnering with business partners to build a multi-quarter pipeline, orders or revenue forecast
Advanced Excel modeling skills. Familiarity with building complex financial models and manipulating large datasets to help the company make strategic recommendations
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with a formidable attention to detail
Healthy curiosity to understand all aspects of the business
Ability to work collaboratively to drive cross-functional execution on business goals
Elevated pride of ownership in work product
Willingness to roll up your sleeves, be additive when and where you can, and support team tasks to help out the company when necessary
Nice to Have
In-depth knowledge of the sales motion to Federal and Defense customers
Exposure to Zoho, Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau, and/or Hyperion
Experience supporting ERP and/or CRM implementations or migrations
Target Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000 USD
