Job Description
Work Model: Hybrid – required to be on-site 3 days per week.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
Lead and implement business flows, promoting lean improvement initiatives.
Manage financial reporting, treasury, and operational processes across multiple entities.
Oversee billing, price control, purchasing, and payments for CKD, SUP, and P&A transactions with allied and non-allied trading companies.
Deliver timely reports and analyses to support informed business decisions.
Develop processes for operational results (EBIT) and Free Cash Flow (FCF) analysis across GMISCo, GMOD SA, GMOD AP, and RMO UZB.
Coordinate monthly forecasts and annual budgets for each company code.
Report EBIT and FCF projections, analyze foreign currency exposure, and monitor liquidity.
Review and approve payment proposals in banking platforms, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Design strategies for efficient monitoring of trade finance instruments (letters of credit, SBLCs) aligned with shipment plans.
Evaluate and lead new business projects, designing processes and allocating resources for timely execution.
Optimize billing, purchasing, and treasury processes, workflows, timelines, and systems.
Approve purchase orders for vehicles, CKDs, P&A, and services, ensuring compliance with controls.
Coordinate implementation of price changes and upload sales prices in ESAP for allied and non-allied companies.
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
7–10 years in financial planning, treasury, and operational process management.
Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Strong background in trade finance instruments and international transactions.
Experience with SAP/ESAP systems and price management processes.
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and compliance controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design and optimize workflows.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) required.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of lean methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
