Overview
The Finance Excellence organization is driving the modernization and transformation of our Finance function, with a focus on implementing a new ERP system and enabling future-ready processes, tools, and capabilities. The Finance Excellence & Enterprise Global Lead will play a pivotal role in executing this vision - leading key initiatives, coordinating complex interdependencies, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple finance modernization programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute finance transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization and process improvement programs, ensuring delivery on time, on scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, vendor partners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress toward shared objectives.
- Manage dependencies and risks, proactively identifying and mitigating issues that could impact delivery or benefits realization.
- Facilitate project governance routines, including stand-ups, steering committees, and status reporting.
- Create and maintain communication and stakeholder management plans, ensuring consistent visibility into project status, impacts, and next steps.
- Support strategic roadmap development, sequencing finance transformation initiatives to balance risk, capacity, and value delivery.
- Champion process excellence and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, control, and user experience within the finance ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within Finance transformation or ERP implementation environments.
- 6+ years of increasing managerial experience
- Proven experience coordinating large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and systems (e.g., Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structure, clarity, and accountability in complex programs.
- Proven ability to adapt, learn, and thrive through cross-functional rotations and continuous skill development.
